Inspired by the Community behind the Nocturnal Soul Stitchery
A group of designers from the Nocturnal Soul Stitchery Halloween QAL — that was hosted by Maggie Reno of Snug and Stitch and Michelle Corless of Compass and Wildflower — have come together once again, under the new name of New School Quiltery and are joined by new voices, to bring a new story to life: The Forgotten Rooms.
While the mansion, the story, and the mystery are new, the heart behind it is the same —
creativity, community, and a love for storytelling through fabric.
The Forgotten Rooms is a story-inspired quilt-along — a one-of-a-kind Halloween quilting experience that blends creativity, storytelling, and connection.
You’ll sew your way through eight quilt blocks representing events that occurred in each room of the long-forgotten mansion. Each block unlocks a new part of the story — designed by a talented group of quilters bringing the mansion to life, one stitch at a time.
