Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • PDF quilt patterns

  • Quilt-along registrations

  • Downloadable resources

  • Digital guides

  • Bonus content

  • Membership or educational materials

  • Story content connected to quilt-alongs

Because digital products are delivered immediately or access is granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Download issues caused by customer device settings or internet access

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Quilt-Alongs & Events

Registration fees for quilt-alongs, early access experiences, or special events are non-refundable once access has been granted.

If a payment issue or duplicate charge occurs, please contact us and we will gladly review the situation.

Physical Products

If physical products are offered in the future, separate return policies may apply and will be listed on the individual product pages where applicable.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Proven duplicate billing

  • Technical delivery failures that cannot be resolved

  • Incorrect charges made by our system

Any approved refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
